Spec & Sample
We work from your CSI 09 66 13 specification and turn three rounds of physical aggregate samples within 10 business days.

Mix Design
Color, aggregate, divider, and resin chemistry locked. Submittals, LEED documentation, and shop drawings issued.

Surface Prep
Diamond-ground substrate, ASTM moisture testing, primer, and divider-strip layout — the foundation of a 50-year floor.
04
Pour & Cure
3/8" epoxy terrazzo placed in panels per divider layout. Cured under controlled conditions before grind.
05
Grind & Polish
Multi-pass diamond grind to expose aggregate, grout coat, then polish to spec — from 80-grit honed to 1500-grit mirror.
