Service · Precast
Stair treads, base, panels — cast in the shop, delivered jobsite-ready.
When the field pour can't reach it or can't wait for it, we precast it. Tighter tolerances, faster install, color-matched to the surrounding terrazzo so the whole project reads as one floor.
Product catalog
What we fabricate.
Stair treads & risers
Cast as single units or tread+riser L-shapes. Integral abrasive nosings, photoluminescent nosing strips, or brass nosings available. ADA-compliant 11" tread depth standard; custom dimensions to project drawings.
Wall base & cove
4", 6", and custom-height straight base, plus integral coved base for hospital and laboratory specs. Color-matched to the field pour or contrasting per design.
Wall panels
Wainscot panels, accent walls, and elevator-cab linings up to 4' × 8' standard. Heavier sections engineered with stainless steel reinforcement and concealed anchor systems.
Benches & site furnishings
Monolithic benches, planter rims, transaction counters, and reception desks. Cast in one piece up to 10' or segmented with flush brass joints for longer runs.
Counters, sills & thresholds
Reception, service-counter, and window-sill applications. Eased, bullnose, ogee, or specified custom edge profiles. Sealed with food-safe penetrating sealer when required.
Custom medallions & inlays
Logos, seals, mascot graphics, donor-recognition inlays. CNC-cut zinc or brass dividers create crisp edges around brand colors. Shop-cast for tolerance, set into a field pour onsite.

Why precast
Shop conditions beat site conditions.
Stair towers, vertical surfaces, and items with exposed edges are difficult to pour and finish in the field. Precast moves that work into a controlled environment and shows up onsite ready to set.
- Shop-controlled cure — no weather, dust, or jobsite contamination
- Tight tolerances — ±1/16" on tread dimensions, flatter than site cast
- Faster install — sets dry in hours vs. days for cast-in-place
- Color-matched to your poured-in-place field within the same project
- Reduces critical-path schedule risk on the jobsite
- Photoluminescent and abrasive nosings cast integrally, not retrofit
FAQ
Precast questions architects and GCs ask first.
Can you precast pieces that match a field-poured floor exactly?
+
Yes — that's the most common request. We pour your field aggregate blend in the shop the same day or week, cure under controlled conditions, and ship pieces that drop into the field with no visible color shift.
What's the lead time on precast stair treads?
+
Standard mix and standard geometry: 3–4 weeks from approved shops. Custom aggregate, custom dimensions, or integral brass nosings: 5–7 weeks. We hold inventory on common nosings and base profiles to compress that on tight schedules.
Do precast pieces meet the same NTMA performance specs as poured?
+
Yes. We fabricate to the same NTMA technical specifications, same ASTM testing requirements (C501 abrasion, ASTM E84 Class A flammability), and supply the same submittal package — product data, samples, and shop drawings.
Can you install the precast yourself, or only fabricate?
+
Both. Our crews set treads, base, panels, and benches as part of a single combined scope on most projects. We coordinate set with the GC's stair-rail and finish-carpentry trades and handle final caulk and polish onsite.
